FlowRider Indoor Wave Machine
Didn’t think you could be a surf bum in Utah, eh? Think again. Provo Beach gives you that opportunity with Flow Rider, their indoor wave machine! This thing pumps an epic 30,000 gallons of water per minute, creating the most realistic surfing experience east of the Pacific coast!
Open surfing hours occur at 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 8:00 pm, and you must sign a waiver for yourself and for your children before riding these waves. The cost is $20.00 per hour, per person, unless you are renting the FlowRider for a private party (see details and book here), and the minimum height requirements are as follows:

Laser Tag
Provo Beach Laser Tag invites you for fast-paced adventure in their awesome multi-level laser tag arena. They’re asking you to join a team of special agents selected to protect Cape Canaveral from an enemy invasion! The world depends on YOU to defeat the invaders and secure the complex! Laser Tag pricing is as follows:

Indoor Ropes Course
Not only does this place put the “Beach” in “Provo Beach”, but they also bring a slice of the jungle to Utah. At 32 feet above the ground, the Ropes Course here is a unique and exciting adventure for the whole family. Don’t look down as you make your way across tight rope and swaying rope bridges!
During the school year, the Ropes Course is open Monday-Friday: 3:00 pm until closing. On Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays, however, it is open all day. You can’t wear flip-flops or open heeled shoes and you must empty your pockets beforehand. You must sign a waiver for yourself and for your children before participating. And finally, the physical requirements are as follows:

Bowling
Feel like bowling a 300 tonight? Show off your skills at Provo Beach’s Sunset bowling lanes, all while rockin’ out to great music (who put together this playlist, anyway?!) and watching the big game on their 16-foot big screen TV. Pricing is as follows:

Miniature Croquet

Just for the Littles: Carousel, Mega Playground, and Toddler Town
Take the littles on a nostalgic ride on the merry-go-round! The cost is $1.50 per ride, and children under 42” must be accompanied by an adult.
Additionally, kids 12 and under are sure to have five levels of an absolute blast at Provo Beach’s Mega Playground! The cost is $4.00 per child, per day – socks are required at all times (be prepared – I always keep a clean pair of these awesome grip socks for both me and my kids in case we end up at the Mega Playground), and children under 42” must be accompanied by an adult.
Finally, the little-littles may find Toddler Town offers a safer space to discover how to play. Socks are required at all times and the cost is $1.00 per child, per day.
