Fall Attractions: Pumpkin Patch Utah, Hayride, Petting Farm, and More
Hee Haw Farms fall events in 2022 include a variety of outdoor fun activities. Humans of all ages will enjoy an animal petting farm (with goats, pigs, sheep, chickens, bunnies, turkeys, ponies, and cows), gunny sack giant slides, a zipline, corn box, rubber duck race, super fast silo slide, goat walk, barrel train, corn cannon, bean bag toss games, tether ball, wagon rides, face cutouts for funny pictures, a corn maze, and a straw maze. Whew!
Then after all that, hitch a hayride to the pumpkin patch to find your perfect [orange] gourd for your front porch’s fall decor.
Perhaps the biggest draw, however, are the two main events:
- The Giant Pumpkins Weigh-Off (September 24th)
- And the Giant Pumpkin Drop (October 29th at 12:00 pm)
The Utah Great Pumpkin Commonwealth’s (GPC) Giant Pumpkins Weigh-Off will have tons (literally) of humongous pumpkins making their way to the farm. In this competition, pumpkins will be pitted against each other to see who is the heaviest, prettiest, and most unique. They will even have a pumpkin weighing over 2,000 pounds! Now that I have to see.
The 14th annual Giant Pumpkin Drop means only one thing: over 10,000 pounds of pumpkin will come crashing down from a 75-foot crane! Talk about smashing pumpkins!
